Concept V6 Twin-Turbo Engine
A high-fidelity SolidWorks V6 with a full valvetrain, rotating assembly, and forced induction, validated with motion studies.

Timing validated
A detailed mechanical CAD study of a twin-turbocharged V6 engine, built to practice large-assembly modeling, mechanism timing, and clearance validation in SolidWorks.
Highlights
- Modeled a complete V6 assembly: valvetrain, rotating assembly, and twin-turbo forced-induction system.
- Ran motion studies to validate mechanical timing and check component clearances through the full cycle.
- Simulated fluid pathways to sanity-check induction routing.
01The build
A high-fidelity assembly capturing the parts that actually make an engine work: the rotating assembly (crank, rods, pistons), a full valvetrain, and a twin-turbo forced-induction system.
02Validation
Motion studies drive the assembly through its cycle to confirm valve and piston timing and to check for interference. Simulated fluid pathways sanity-check the induction routing before it would ever be cut in metal.
